How Do I Submit A Claim?

So you’ve located a shop in your area to take your vehicle to. The next step is to call our Claims Department at (302) 375-0401 with an estimate of the repairs before the work takes place. Your technician will then speak to us and we’ll get the whole thing sorted out! Having an automotive repair contract has never been easier. Once everything clears, you’re good to go! Afterward, you’ll have your technician sign and fax a copy of the repair order to us and we’ll forward it to our Payment Processing Center.

How Do I Get A Contract?

We offer a wide variety of contracts through our certified list of participating dealers. While you cannot get a contract directly from us, we’ll be more than happy to point you I the direction of a location nearest you to get one!
