Getting an extended vehicle contract can be a good idea if you plan on owning your vehicle for a long time. The problem is that there are many different options when it comes to these warranties and that can lead to some confusion. Whether it’s what is covered, how long they last, or something else, there are a lot of questions that come with researching these services.
That’s why we wanted to break down a few of the more common questions we hear on a daily basis. The experts here at Continental Warranty have over 16 years of experience providing drivers with peace of mind, and have the answers to your questions. Here are a few of the most common ones they see.
Can I buy a service contract directly from Continental Warranty?
No, all of our vehicle service contracts are only sold through our network of certified participating dealers. We set you up with the nearest dealer in your area if there is a warranty that interests you.
Where can I take my vehicle to get repaired when necessary?
You have plenty of options when it comes to getting repairs done. You can take it to any qualified repair facility near you. That includes dealerships, national chain automotive repair shops, and even many independent shops. Our customer service representatives can assist you by providing a network of reliable shops near you that we work with on a regular basis.
How do I submit a claim?
The first thing you do is get your vehicle to a repair facility. Our number one priority is making sure you are taken care of. Once the problem is diagnosed, then your repair facility can put in a call to our Claims Department with an estimate of the repairs before anything is actually replaced. They will get an authorization number once they speak to one of our adjusters and then they can take care of the repairs.
Hope that answers some of your questions about vehicle service contracts. If you have any more specific ones, you can give Continental Warranty, Inc. a call today at (302) 375-0401.
