Our car warranty provider is here to tell you all about the Ultra Care Road Program. This program is designed to cover expenses for our customers.   Depending on what kind of coverage you need, you can choose between three different levels of protection. Whether it is the base level or the top level coverage, we dedicate ourselves to protecting and covering you. We believe you should have the choice of what we cover and have the ability to stick with your lifestyle.

If you are looking for a basic plan, check out the UCRP 2-1 plan. This covers mounting, balancing, valve stem and taxes on tire repair or replacement. Payment remitted directly to dealer and all auto warranty coverage must be called in first before being authorized. In addition, you’ll have the option of unlimited 24-hour roadside assistance (out of gas, fluids, need a jump, etc.) This covers all expenses for the customer.

Then again, if you need more protection than that, check out the UCRP 4-1 plan. This includes Ding and Dent occurrences with no cap on dings and dents. The dents must be less than 4 inches and if it needs body shop repair, it becomes and insurance related claim. Windshield repair is also available although this is not a replacement program. It does supply unlimited chip and crack repair. Cracks must be less than 6 inches and if windshield needs replacement, then it becomes an insurance related issue. Unlimited 24-hour roadside assistance (lockouts, out of gas, fluids, etc.) are also included with unlimited tire and wheel mounting, balancing, and taxes.

Finally, if you are looking for major coverage, check out the UCRP 6-1 plan. This includes all previous coverage from other plans and adds key replacement and cosmetic repair for rim (excluding chrome wheels, but will replace them). For key replacement, it’s up to $399 for domestic and 799 for Highline per year. Next day key, 3 days of rental, and re-programming of key and new key fob are also included.
